Well no one has yet submitted any questions for the Q&A. Remember this is the time for your deep burning questions to be answered. But...if you ask some really spoiler filled ones...might have to tip toe around the actual answers.

The Sentencing of Sal Ray

The stars were coming out over Gaia as I started to make a fire. There was a chill in the air that extended beyond the physical that a fire could not hope to heat. But still my body needed its limited comforts and so I made the fire. The simple action of building it and watching the flames rise up allowed my mind to settle.

Throughout the past few days I had been running so that the Snow Leopards or their ilk wouldn't get me. I had been blamed of a crime I hadn't committed merely so that the truth wouldn't be let out. The Council knew that my fellow Drethiveal would be too disgusted by an accusation of bestiality to look any farther. That crime was one of the worst and with good reason. It was also a crime one could be accused of so that the Council could continue its manipulations.

This was actually a little difficult to write. I think it was the fact that I was writing a character who was sure enough of what he was doing to get into his current situation and yet doubting if he was making the right choice. It was a little bit of a balancing act to be honest and hopefully I didn't mess it up.

Well it's been awhile since I updated this blog. Don't worry about non-frequent updates as I don't plan to ever stop working on this wonderful series. I would have updated sooner but going off on a semi-vacation and getting sick sort of delayed me.
